My Lyrics Essay
The Beasty Boys are a crazy and unique band. They love to shout and yell. They always have lots of crazy drumming in their songs. The style of their songs are wild because they never stop talking. Their outfits always have sunglasses, puffy jackets, chain necklaces, and derby hats. I chose the song “You Have To Fight For Your Right To Party” because I like to party with friends and see friends. I like to play nerf wars and this song is wild like when we play nerf. The Beasty Boys had 3 boys and one girl in the band but the girl quit. They made this song in 1986
My first favorite lyric is “You wake up late for school, man you don't want to go. You ask you’re mom, please? But she still says no.” I like this one because I wake up at 5 in the the morning, and I don't want to go to school. I find it funny because I wake up so early and I am still tired and don't want to go. But they wake up late and they don't want to go as well.
My second favorite is this one. “You gotta fight for your right to party!!” I love to party and I have to fight with my parents to have one. When me and my friends have a party we fight a lot. We love to have music like the Beasty Boys playing.
This is my third favorite one, “You miss two classes and no homework.” The funny thing is I don’t miss classes and sometimes I don’t get homework. I wish I missed two classes and didnt get homework. But at the same time I don’t and I do.
In conclusion, The Beasty Boys are funny and cool. I love this song because I love to party, and party, and party. They are crazy like me.
